Our Mission & Story
When we discovered that most pads on the market contain undisclosed toxins that cause long-term health issues that severely impact women, we knew we needed to do something big.
No one really talks about it - and we can’t wait until women are in their 50’s experiencing female reproductive conditions such as fibroids to do something about it. It’s important we educate women that they can prevent those types of health issues by using holistic, non-toxic pads.
...But we didn’t stop there. It wasn’t enough to just create pads that are 100% non-toxic. We knew that women needed the option to feel fearlessly confident, knowing their pads wouldn’t leak, no matter how many hours they were on a plane, in class, or at work...
Ella pads are made with a super absorbent polymer that absorbs 10 TIMES the amount of the average pad. So we had some fun...
I poured a Venti water on our super pad to see how it would hold up and GUESS WHAT?! It absorbed the whole thing and didn’t leak, whereas the leading pad could barely hold half the cup of water!
